Squash SA runs the South Australian High School Squash Championships in August at a metropolitan venue each year.
This is a tournament where players represent their school in an individual draw format for a chance to be the overall South Australian Champion of their division.
Schools are awarded points for players entering (10 points) and positioning 4th (25 points), 3rd (50 points), 2nd (75 points) or 1st (100 points). The school that accumulates the most points is awarded the High School Championship trophy for that year and is given a perpetual trophy to display.
Divisions students can enter are:
Girls U15 (must be under 15 on the day of the tournament)
Boys U15 (must be under 15 on the day of the tournament)
Open Boys
Open Girls
Matches will be in a times point a rally format.
Cost of entry is $10 per player and must be paid in cash on the day prior to matches starting.
Students must provide evidence of their school's permission for a student to participate by either having a Principal or PE Coordinator email or by a PE Coordinator filling out the entry template they have been provided.
